Job Description

Job Summary –

Generative AI – Looking for a candidate who should possess a strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models, with the capability to design, develop, and implement Gen AI solutions tailored to business challenges. They must have excellent programming skills and be proficient in at least one major AI programming language, such as Python.

Years of experience needed – Around 5 years of experiences

Technical Skills:

Key and Mandatory skills

 Python Programming

 Hands on experience in understanding RAG and implementation

 Familiar with Vector Database

 Good to have React experience

 Ready to learn new skills and further

Key Responsibilities:

 Python for GenAI: Design and implement scalable GenAI solutions using Python, leveraging AI and ML frameworks to address complex business problems.

 AI Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of AI-driven solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and tailored to client needs.

 Experience with LLMs: Work with commercially available Large Language Models (LLMs) to build, fine-tune, and deploy customized solutions for various applications.

 Text and Speech Modalities: Develop AI models that handle both text and speech data, implementing solutions for NLP and speech-to-text processing.

 Similarity Search Algorithms: Apply similarity search algorithms in vector space to optimize AI model performance and enhance retrieval capabilities.

 NLP Techniques and LangChain: Leverage advanced NLP techniques, LangChain, and LLMs to build conversational chatbots and language models tailored to client needs.

 Vector Databases: Utilize vector databases such as Redis, Chroma, Pinecone, or FAISS to store, retrieve, and manage data efficiently in AI applications.

 RAG Pipelines: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance the performance of AI models through external data retrieval.

 ETL Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and preparation for AI model training.

 AI Model Evaluation: Conduct experiments and evaluations of AI models to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and alignment with business objectives.

 Data Privacy, Security, and Ethics**: Ensure AI solutions comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards throughout their development and deployment.

 Front-End Development: Contribute to front-end development using React.js or similar technologies to build intuitive user interfaces for AI applications.

Soft Skills

 Open to work in a agile and flexible environment attitude to quickly switch on/off to different projects within the team

 Excellent presentation skills to engage with business users to gain an in-depth understanding of priorities and needs.

 Provide expert advice to determine options and solutions to project issues and challenges to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction
