Key IT Service Management RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to take on a key role within our organization's IT department. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for handling escalations, participating in meetings, and making solution-oriented decisions.The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow, including extensive scripting, tool configuration, and system integration. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology, web services, and programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is also essential.You should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and be flexible to work rotational shifts, including night shifts. A strong understanding of Configuration Management, ITIL, and networking principles is also required.In addition, you should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, strong presentation and writing skills, and be able to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and team members.Administration of a ServiceNow instance, delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, and UI policies are also key responsibilities.
