Cloud Transformation LeaderAs a seasoned technology professional, you will lead the transformation of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures, driving modernization and innovation across the organization.Your expertise in .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and microservices architecture will be essential in designing and implementing scalable distributed systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud migration strategies, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS) and Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Cosmos DB).Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or ARM.Lead technical discussions, architectural reviews, PoCs, and capability demonstrations to ensure alignment with business goals.Drive observability using OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch, App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana, and ensure NFR compliance: performance, security, scalability, reliability, and observability.Collaborate with Product owners, Architects, and Delivery teams to define modernization strategy, document architectural decisions, trade-offs, cost-benefit analysis, and migration plans.Architect enterprise-grade solutions using full-stack development, React or Angular, and good understanding of modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and best practices for accessibility, security, and browser performance.Strong hands-on skills in query optimization, schema refactoring, and data layer modernization using SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, Cosmos DB.Enforce engineering excellence with unit testing, integration testing, contract testing, and automation frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jest, Playwright).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and ability to lead technical teams and influence architecture direction across the organization.Desirable certifications include .NET or Microsoft professional certifications, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect, TOGAF, or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
