Reporting: Director / Partner

What you will do
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified (Master Black Belt Certification preferred)
• Trained Assessor in Business Excellence Models such as EFQM and/or MBNQA
• 5+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Continuous improvement, TQM and Business Excellence field
• Should have handled and guided Lean Six Sigma Green Belt projects (Black belt projects will get preference).
• Also, should have experience in facilitating / executing improvement projects using A3, Kaizen and 8D methodologies
• Should have good understanding of Business Excellence concepts and should have trained and facilitated or participated in identifying, planning and executing Business Excellence Road Maps and corresponding action plans
• Must have experience in executing / participating in implementing lean Six Sigma and / or Business Excellence in various industries
• Metrics analysis (knowledge of tools like Minitab)
• Advanced Excel and Power Point
• Auditing skills

• Experience – 7+yrs
• Education – B. Tech/ BE (Preferred)
