Job Title: Logistics Executive-First MileDepartment: OperationsLocation: Chhatarpur, South Delhi,Experience: 2-4 yrsQualification: Graduation/MBA , Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldRole OverviewThe First Mile Logistics Executive will oversee and manage all first-mile operations—from Warehouse Pack to ship —ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective transportation of goods. This role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and collaboration with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain a seamless supply chainKey Responsibilities · Track shipments from packing to connection and ensure smooth movement through all stages of the first-mile process.· Monitor on-time pickup of shipments from vendors and warehouses.· Ensure all courier partners pick up and connect shipments to the next leg of the journey as per the defined timelines.· Closely monitor system dashboards and logistics portals to track live status and performance metrics.· Coordinate with courier partners, internal warehouse, and operations teams to resolve any first- mile delays or exceptions (missed pickups, RTOs, or connection issues).· Maintain daily reports of pickup performance, delay reasons, and escalation status.· Support and ensure smooth execution of RTO inbound processes — from receiving shipments to system updates and documentation.Required QualificationsGraduation/MBA , Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (e-commerce experience preferred).Strong understanding of first-mile operations and vendor coordination.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics management tools.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred SkillsExperience in e-commerce or B2B logistics operations.Knowledge of 3PL coordination and transport management systems (TMS).Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
