Technical Support Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.You will work closely with the Client Success department and provide Tier-2 client support for software technical issues, collaborating with the Engineering department to debug and resolve problems. In this role, you will:Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team, mostly based in India.Assist the QA lead with QA activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Speak to internal and external customers to quickly identify their problems.Propose workarounds to customers when fixes will take time to be released.Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to ensure problems are resolved.Support the roll-out of new applications.Provide procedural documentation as support.Manage multiple cases at once.Test and evaluate new releases.Propose innovative solutions for smooth operational processes.RequirementsOur ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
