E-Commerce Merchandiser PositionWe are seeking a skilled professional to lead our e-commerce merchandising efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of the fast-paced luxury environment and ability to balance relationships, operations, and commercial thinking.The successful candidate will act as a bridge between designers and clients, leading designer onboarding, negotiating markdowns, analyzing product performance, and ensuring smooth execution and communication.Key Responsibilities:Designer Partnerships & Onboarding: Lead and manage designer onboarding end-to-end, build strong working relationships, coordinate communication, and ensure alignment between designer aesthetics and brand positioning.Merchandising & Inventory Strategy: Negotiate markdowns, analyze product performance, create seasonal and yearly calendars, and identify trends and buying patterns.Execution & Operations: Ensure collections go live on time, coordinate with content, warehouse, and sales teams, monitor client orders, and run periodic stock audits.Internal Collaboration & Problem Solving: Work cross-functionally, be proactive in solving problems, maintain clear documentation, follow-ups, and structured ownership.Requirements:1-5 years of experience in e-commerce, fashion buying, merchandising, or luxury retail.Strong communication and relationship management skills.Proficiency with Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.A problem solver who can independently find solutions and drive outcomes.This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our e-commerce platform.
