The Opportunity We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team in India. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives—from research to flawless execution and roll-out—directly shaping our P&L. You’ll work closely with our CEO, CTO, and cross-functional teams to launch and scale products like Intellibid, CTV solutions, and AI-driven creative innovations. This is an individual contributor role in a dynamic AdTech environment, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on settings and wants to see their work translate directly into measurable growth. What You’ll Do - Own the full product lifecycle: from concept, research, and PRD creation to launch, adoption, and optimization. - Drive product roadmaps that balance business impact, customer needs, and market opportunities. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Technical Solution Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Engineering. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive differentiation. - Roll out features with a focus on product marketing, sales enablement, and measurable revenue impact. - Act as a practitioner by example—hands-on in execution, while ensuring scalability and clarity for stakeholders. What We’re Looking For - 3–6 years of Product Management experience in fast-paced product or tech companies. - Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact in previous roles. - Strong communication skills with a structured, analytical mindset. - Full understanding of the end-to-end PM lifecycle and ability to work independently with limited support systems. - Hands-on, DIY attitude—not afraid to roll up sleeves and solve problems.
