Job Title: Workflow CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Workflow Coordinator. As the key link between our clients and design team, this person will manage daily project communication, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality work.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent multitasking and organizational skills. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, monitor and acknowledge multiple incoming project requests, review project requirements, and identify issues to clarify details with clients.Key Responsibilities:* Manage daily project communication and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality work.* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.* Review project requirements, identify potential issues, and clarify details with clients to ensure understanding and alignment.* Assign tasks to designers based on their skills and expertise, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.* Communicate timelines and deadlines to designers and share expected delivery times with clients, maintaining open and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications & Skills:* 1-year experience in PowerPoint design or a related field.* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with excellent multitasking and organizational skills.* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.* Comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive work culture, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.Benefits:* Work closely with a talented global design team, gaining exposure to an international client base and developing your skills and expertise.* Collaborative and supportive work culture, with opportunities for growth and development.About Us:This position requires candidates to be onsite and reside in Trivandrum or relocate permanently to Trivandrum.
