As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesDevelop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers  Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap  Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition  Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability  Lead the documentation and validation of business requirements  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product scope with business goals  Use data-driven insights to enhance product efficiency  Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions with existing systems  Promote agile methods adoption and continuous learning within the team  Continuously monitor and improve product health and performance  Define / enforce Product Operating Model   Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Expertise in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making  Experience with vendor products and managing vendor relations  Proven track record in coaching resources and teams in an agile environment  Proficiency in analytical reasoning and problem-solving  Experience in directing product delivery, managing dependencies, and optimizing processes  Skilled in change management and compliance with regulatory requirements  Experience in overseeing complex technology projects and mitigating risks  Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization Strong leadership skills  Experience with the ServiceNow platform  Experience with User Enablement and Training  Hands on experience with customer-facing Product Support
