Join our team of 201-500 dedicated professionals at our headquarters in Hyderabad. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency in line with company standards. Key tasks include managing production teams, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles to enhance production efficiency (Mandatory skill). Strong proficiency in quality control techniques to maintain high product standards (Mandatory skill). Ability to optimize production processes to achieve cost-effectiveness and productivity (Mandatory skill). Experience with Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement. Skilled in project management to manage production schedules and deliverables efficiently. Understanding of supply chain management to ensure a seamless production process. Proficiency with ERP systems for effective resource planning and management. Leadership skills to manage and motivate production teams to achieve company goals. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes. Implement and maintain quality control standards to meet unmatched product quality. Work closely with the supply chain team to streamline production schedules and resource allocation. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Lead, train, and support production teams to achieve operational objectives. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projects. Analyze production data to identify areas of improvement and develop corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
