We will count on you to:
Partner with the business teams to gather requirement and relevant data, and interpret their business needs to identify user stories.
Understand the data mart/data warehousing concepts along with knowledge of SQL to write complex, highly optimized queries across large volumes of data
Advanced Power BI/Tableau development including PBI/Tableau data model creation, customize dimensions, advanced statistical calculations and interactive dashboards
Invent creative and innovative ways to answer key business questions by leveraging existing data assets or creating new ones
Story-teller capable of delivering creative design and interactive data visualisation
Manage documentation of dashboards, and ensure that the junior resources are trained on Power BI/Tableau to build more developers
What you need to have:
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge and experience of working in R/Python, MS Excel and using VBA for automation
Work experience up to 3 years in Business Intelligence team as Tableau / Power BI expert preferably in General Insurance domain
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Access, SQL with broad working knowledge of methodologies used for advanced analytics.
