You will collaborate closely with the founder and the performance marketing team to design strong visual concepts that meet brand guidelines and deliver effective outcomes.This role requires creativity, speed, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how design impacts performance.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAd Creatives• Design high-quality static and motion graphics for multiple platforms• Create multiple variations for A/B testing• Develop compelling concepts that capture the target audience's attention• Understand ad placements and format requirements for each platformBrand and Marketing Design• Design eye-catching landing page banners and website graphics• Create email graphics, thumbnails, and social media visuals• Maintain visual consistency across brands• Translate briefs into clear and effective visual storiesCreative Strategy• Work with the performance team to analyze what works and what doesn't• Analyze creative performance and contribute ideas to improve results• Take ownership of creative quality from start to finish• Experiment with new styles, formats, and design approachesRequirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design• A strong portfolio with ad creatives is required• Understanding of design for performance campaigns• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools• Ability to work fast without compromising quality• Clear communication and accountability• A designer who takes pride in their craft and wants to growWhat We Offer• Opportunity to design for multiple brands across industries• Freedom to test ideas and turn them into real campaigns• A high-standard work culture that supports growth• Long-term stable role with opportunities for learning and development• Remote working environment
