This full-time remote position offers excellent opportunities for growth and development.Collaborate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of production-ready files, meeting project deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Create internal and external graphic assets that effectively communicate our brand's message across various platforms, including products, brands, advertising campaigns, and digital channels.Develop distinctive visual identities for games and brands, incorporating graphic logos, typographic logos, and iconography that align with our brand guidelines.Lay out rulebook layouts, ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and publishing standards are met, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Create die-cut layouts and prepare print-ready files following precise printer specifications, adhering to quality control measures.Lay out assorted game components with accurate formatting, sizing, and visual consistency, reflecting our brand's aesthetic.Produce visual communication materials that engage our audience across sales, marketing, and digital channels, highlighting our brand's strengths and unique selling points.Consult on design-related matters and contribute creative input across projects, driving innovation and excellence in our visual content.Maintain all creative work within brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high-quality output.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in professional graphic design roles. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with collaboration and project management tools are also essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and creativity are key qualities required for success in this position.
