Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities UDR Management & SOP Complianceo   Arrive at weighted average base rates on the last two months' actual diamond buying values, as per the new SOP.o   Compute and finalize UDR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updates.o   Incorporate UDR in vendor agreements and maintain proper documentation. Threshold Monitoringo   Track UDR and DOM thresholds on a continuous basis.o   Maintain adherence to agreed thresholds and alert the Finance team if any deviation or breach occurs.o   Support stability in pricing by ensuring timely action on threshold breaches. Finding Sales To Outright Vendors o   Understand requirement findings from outright vendors.o   Create sales against requirements by closely coordinating with the Warehouse team.o   Ensure the sales rates adherence as per the agreed rates. Blanket Purchase (BPA)o   Update BPA for MTO (Make-to-Order) and NPD (New Product Development) whenever changes are identified.o   Ensure BPA changes are aligned with current vendor agreements and operational needs. Cross-Functional Coordinationo   Collaborate with Finance, Planning, SCM, NPD, and Vendor teams to ensure smooth execution of UDR and DOM processes.o   Share regular performance reports and updates with stakeholders.Work Experience·       Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse buying trends, UDR data, and thresholds accurately.·       Product Knowledge: Understanding of diamonds, UDR/DOM concepts, and jewellery manufacturing processes.·       Process Knowledge: Familiarity with vendor management, supply chain processes, and SOP adherence.·       Attention to Detail: High accuracy in calculations, threshold monitoring, and documentation.·       Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.·       System Knowledge: Working knowledge of Oracle ERP and reporting tools preferred.
