Compliance ExpertThe role of Compliance Expert entails ensuring the organization's entities adhere to relevant laws and regulations.This involves providing authoritative advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, conducting regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks, developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.Requirements:Company Secretary with 2-4 years of experienceProven experience in corporate secretarial compliances, human resources, and employment lawsStrong understanding of regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, Companies Act, Securities Act, and Employment ActAbility to provide authoritative advice to stakeholders on compliance mattersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work with cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risksGood understanding of entity structuring, including holding companies, subsidiaries, and joint venturesKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to minimize riskCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulationsConduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
