Robotics InstructorMoonpreneur is an ed-tech start-up that imparts tech entrepreneurship to children between the ages of 7-17.The company focuses on robotics, technology, and other future-oriented streams to empower young innovators with knowledge and means to excel in their chosen areas of interest.The flagship program helps children explore future academic choices and careers, build impressive resumes, and hone their skills through a patent-pending, multi-stage, multi-tier program.The guided, project-based learning and product development experience pave the way for all their future endeavors.Deliver robotics sessions to customers in Western countries primarily (Shift timings will be in USA & Australian timings).Assist in curriculum development as and when required.Act as a trainer and help train fellow team members when required.Capture feedback of every session and student in the database and update senior management for review.Responsibilities:Organize and deliver sessions for enrolled students after onboarding and delivery training.Maintain a proper calendar and channel of communication with students and parents to achieve excellent customer service.Involvement in group projects with other instructors.Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.Facilitate regular assessment of students and provide regular feedback to customers.Provide and obtain feedback on sessions from various internal and external stakeholders.
