Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Buyer with a strong expertise in Meta Ads to lead our paid media strategies and drive impactful results. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, along with hands-on involvement in other paid media platforms such as Google Ads. You will be responsible for defining media buying strategies, managing budgets, and leveraging data to optimize performance and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring high performance through continuous optimization and best practice setups.
Execute Display and Search Marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and other paid media channels.
Develop and implement a Media Buying Strategy, with a primary focus on maximizing results from Meta Ads, while ensuring efficient execution across other paid channels.
Drive a data-driven approach to optimize lead generation and campaign performance across multiple marketing channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to build and refine attribution models that measure the performance of digital and offline channels.
Manage media budgets efficiently, including spend tracking, and ensure the successful execution of approved marketing plans.
Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance campaign strategy, data analysis, reporting, and ongoing performance.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads and other paid media channels.
Proven track record in managing Meta Ads campaigns, with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Expertise as a Native Media Buyer with knowledge in Native to Search (N2S) Arbitrage, native advertising, and traffic monetization.
Strong familiarity with advertising channels such as Taboola, Outbrain, PPC, Display, and Direct Mail.
A growth-hacking mindset, with experience running experiments to drive growth in both domestic and international markets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make informed, performance-enhancing decisions.
