Job Description:

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth. As our first BDE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our company's future.


Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Identify potential clients and decision-makers

•⁠ ⁠Build relationships through networking, cold calling, and email outreach

•⁠ ⁠Understand client needs and pain points

•⁠ ⁠Develop and pitch tailored solutions

•⁠ ⁠Generate leads and drive sales

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with our implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding

•⁠ ⁠Meet and exceed monthly targets

•⁠ ⁠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market analysis


Requirements:

•⁠ 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing

•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho)

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
