Job OverviewWe're seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the transformation of our clients' contact center infrastructure to Amazon Connect.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in Amazon Connect and a solid background in consultative services, with a proven track record of leading cloud-based projects from inception to deployment.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to leverage their technical acumen and business acumen to drive digital transformation and improve customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Migrate legacy contact center systems to Amazon Connect, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.Develop and implement comprehensive solutions for Amazon Connect environments, leveraging AWS Lambda and REST APIs to build scalable and efficient integrations.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.Design and implement robust backend integrations, ensuring data consistency and integrity across various systems.Lead the setup and configuration of Amazon Connect environments, driving process improvements and reducing operational complexity.Play a key role in user testing, deployment, and documentation, ensuring that all stakeholders are fully informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:Strong experience with Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda.Excellent technical skills, with a focus on software development, DevOps, and integration.Proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Familiarity with CRM and support systems, with the ability to integrate Amazon Connect effectively.
