**Job Title:** Financial Operations SpecialistAs a Financial Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records. This involves performing daily accounting entries in Tally, ensuring that income, expenses, and purchases are accurately classified and recorded.Responsibilities include:Performing daily accounting entries in Tally, including expense booking, income booking, and purchase booking.Maintaining accurate classification of ledger heads and error-free data entry.Conducting periodic reconciliation of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, and GST reconciliation.Ensuring timely collection and verification of bills/invoices from relevant departments.Preparing statutory returns, including monthly GST return (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and quarterly TDS return.Assisting in handling GST and TDS queries and maintaining working papers.FOLLOWING standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensuring 100% compliance.Maintaining systematic and well-organized physical and digital documentation of all accounting records.Coordinating with internal departments to resolve document-related and accounts-related discrepancies.Supporting the Accounts Manager during internal/external audits by providing required information and schedules.Requirements:Key qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST & TDS).Strong attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.Ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines.Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
