As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily bookkeeping, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and handling complex accounting matters.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Accounts Receivable and Payable: Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including preparing payments and reconciliations.Reconciliations and Record-Keeping: Handle bank, credit card, and payment account reconciliations, and maintain accurate transaction classification and general ledger records.Workflow Improvement: Identify workflow improvements and suggest automation logic changes to optimize our financial processes.RequirementsQuickBooks Expertise: Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is mandatory.Financial Experience: Experience with payments, billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial tracking is essential.Technology Comfort: Comfortable with technology and automated environments.Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies and handle non-standard cases.Detail-Oriented: Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.Communication: Excellent communication and ability to work independently.Prior Experience: Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is a plus.This role requires a high level of expertise, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
