About the role
This role involves outbound telephone sales and lead generation to UK based business customers, to develop & maintain existing client relations, team lead, customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximising our sales team potential, creating sales plans, and justifying these plans to the management.
Roles & Responsibilities-
Responsible for achieving sales targets.
Sell and close new business.
Collaborate with other internal teams such as marketing to support sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Identify areas for sales process improvement and implement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Set sales goals and objectives in alignment with the company's overall sales targets.
