Parent Communication & CoordinationCommunicate effectively with parents regarding academic progress, behavior, and concerns.Conduct Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and orientation sessions.Maintain positive relationships and ensure transparency with all stakeholders.5. Administrative ResponsibilitiesPrepare academic reports, timetables, curriculum planners, and event schedules.Coordinate with school leadership for audits, inspections, and academic reviews.Manage classroom resources, teaching-learning materials, and activity planning.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and school operational standards.6. Event & Activity PlanningPlan and execute school events, celebrations, assemblies, and academic activities for Nursery–Grade 2.Oversee co-curricular and extra-curricular programs to support experiential learning.Skills & Competencies RequiredStrong knowledge of early-years pedagogy and CBSE curriculum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor teachers.Classroom management expertise.Creativity, patience, and child-centered approach.Strong organizational and documentation skills.
