Senior Software Test DeveloperWe're looking for an experienced software test developer to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Define and implement test strategies ensuring high-quality software releases.Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.Implement performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities.Identify, document, and track defects working closely with developers to resolve them.Mentor junior SDETs promoting best testing practices and drive quality initiatives across teams.Evaluate and introduce new testing tools technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency.Work closely with developers product managers and DevOps teams to enhance software reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in software testing and automation.Strong programming skills in languages such as Java Python C# or JavaScript.Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium TestNG JUnit etc).Experience in API testing using tools like Postman Rest Assured or Karate.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins GitLab CI/CD Azure DevOps).Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter Gatling or k6.Experience with cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies TDD and BDD.Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.Familiarity with security testing concepts (e.g. OWASP penetration testing).Benefits:Remote First PolicyComprehensive Insurance PolicyA chance to have a huge impact early in your careerOther Information:Our company is growing rapidly we are currently 160 people strong with employees spread across India and US locations.
