Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management· Manage a defined portfolio of existing distributors /customers.· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Eisco's product lines· Serve as the primary point of contact for all business and service-related matters.· Maintain regular communication and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.· Resolve issues related to orders, backorders, shipments, and payments promptly.· Ensure distributors are well-trained and updated on new products and promotions.Commercial & Operational Management· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and customer service) for smooth order execution.· Track receivables and ensure timely collection in line with company credit policies.Market Insights & Reporting· Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements.· Gather feedback from customers and share actionable insights for product development and marketing.Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor's degree (Science, Engineering, or Business preferred) with MBA in Sales· 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within laboratory supplies, scientific instruments, or industrial products.
