o.w.n is looking for an enthusiastic intern within Navi Mumbai who is passionate about slow, conscious, handmade products and wants to understand the full process behind artisanal soapmaking. The internship is for 2 or more months. What you’ll do: Assist in sourcing high-quality natural ingredients and materials Support manufacturing, including batching, mixing, pouring Help with cutting, curing, and finishing soaps Participate in packaging, labelling, and QC Maintain production records and inventory Work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations Who this is for: Someone who is curious about handmade products, sustainability, and slow craft Detail-oriented and willing to learn through hands-on work Enjoys physical, creative tasks Students or recent graduates preferred (no prior experience required) What you’ll gain: Hands-on learning across the entire production cycle from ingredient to final product Insight into building an artisanal brand Experience working in a small, design-driven studio environment If this sounds like you, please send your CV/portfolio and a short note on why you’d like to work with o.w.n to hello@o-w-n.in
