o.w.n is looking for an enthusiastic intern within Navi Mumbai who is passionate about slow, conscious, handmade products and wants to understand the full process behind artisanal soapmaking. The internship is for 2 or more months.What you’ll do:Assist in sourcing high-quality natural ingredients and materialsSupport manufacturing, including batching, mixing, pouringHelp with cutting, curing, and finishing soapsParticipate in packaging, labelling, and QCMaintain production records and inventoryWork closely with the founder on day-to-day operationsWho this is for:Someone who is curious about handmade products, sustainability, and slow craftDetail-oriented and willing to learn through hands-on workEnjoys physical, creative tasksStudents or recent graduates preferred (no prior experience required)What you’ll gain:Hands-on learning across the entire production cycle from ingredient to final productInsight into building an artisanal brandExperience working in a small, design-driven studio environmentIf this sounds like you, please send your CV/portfolio and a short note on why you’d like to work with o.w.n to hello@o-w-n.in
