Job Summary:

Mindsprint is looking for a strong Data Analyst to drive our strategic talent analytics initiatives. This role requires a data-savvy professional with at least 8 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, and reporting or a related field. You will play a crucial role in translating complex data into actionable insights that support talent management and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of HR functions, will be adept in leveraging data analytics tools and methodologies, and the ability to communicate insights effectively across the organization.

Job Description:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with the organization's goals
- Design, implement, and manage HR analytics frameworks to collect and interpret HR data from various sources
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into workforce trends, employee turnover, performance metrics, and other key HR indicators
- Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, and other tools/systems
- Use statistical analysis and modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies
- Create clear, concise, and visually impactful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders (senior leadership, HR teams, function heads)
- Present findings in a manner that highlights the key insights and actionable recommendations
- Evaluate and implement HR analytics tools and systems to enhance data collection, reporting, and analysis capabilities
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in HR analytics technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.

Profile Description:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or Maths/Statistics with any certification on HR Analytics/Data Analytics (from reputed institutions)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics or a related field (at least 4 years of experience in HR/talent analytics, with proven experience leading analytics initiatives
- Strong analytical and statistical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Hands-on experience in descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to interpret complex data sets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders, logical, with good eye-for-details
- Excellent interpersonal skills, build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, highly service-oriented, and process-driven.
