Job Description:Position: Director & Associate Director - Financial Services Consulting AdvisoryLocation: India (with potential relocation to GCC after one year)Preferred Gender: MaleJob Overview: As a Director & Associate Director in Financial Services Consulting Advisory, you will be a pivotal part of our dynamic team, working closely with financial institutions to deliver high-impact solutions. You will lead and manage consulting engagements, foster client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. This role will commence in India, and high-performing individuals may have the opportunity to relocate to the GCC region after one year, subject to business requirements and individual performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee complex financial services consulting projects, providing strategic advice and solutions to clients.Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.Manage and mentor teams of consultants, guiding them in delivering exceptional client service and fostering their professional growth.Utilize your industry expertise to provide valuable insights into trends, regulatory changes, and emerging issues impacting the financial services sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, earning their trust and confidence in our advisory services.Contribute to the creation of proposals, presentations, and thought leadership materials for business development purposes.Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements to continually enhance the quality and efficiency of our services.Required Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is advantageous.Extensive experience (8+ years for Director, 5+ years for Associate Director) in financial services consulting, gained within a reputable consulting firm or financial institution.Proven track record of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements within the financial services industry.In-depth knowledge of financial products, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse clients and team members.Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the capacity to mentor and develop talent.Willingness to relocate to the GCC region after one year if required.
