Electronics Hardware Systems Designer

Job DescriptionAs a Hardware Architect, you will lead the design of automotive electronic hardware systems.The role involves providing strategic leadership and technical direction to engineers, aligning departmental goals and objectives.Develop end-to-end designs of ECUs, sensors, power modules, and other electronic components.Define architecture and component selection based on performance, cost, and reliability targets.Implement robust design practices, including FMEA, DFMA, and tolerance analysis.Oversee schematic capture, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis.Validate designs through simulation, prototyping, and lab testing.Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards and maintain traceability of design inputs, outputs, and verification activities.Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require:Strong technical expertise in electronics hardware design and development.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with design tools, such as CAD software and simulation tools.Knowledge of industry standards, including IATF 16949.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and professional development.OthersAs a Hardware Architect, you will contribute to the generation of IP and patent filings for novel hardware solutions.
