Job Description – “Global ISO Project” Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, which is one of the largest banks or so called ‘Mega Banks’ of Japan. MGS was established in the year 2020 as part of Mizuho’s long-term strategy of creating a captive global processing centre for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Bank’s domestic and overseas offices and Mizuho’s group companies across the globe.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Primarily responsible for operational and administrative activities which includes checking the customer request, making/inputting and monitoring of all activities related to trade and remittance products (foreign inward and outward remittances) in an accurate and efficient manner.

In addition to the above, other activities include maintaining daily MIS of transactions processed and reconciliation of daily transactions.


Competencies

  • We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility towards their work and able to support the daily operations with good working knowledge of swift messages (majorly MT 103, MT 202, MT 202 COV etc)
  • Proactively acquires the necessary knowledge to support the activities of the team.


Qualification / Skill requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters of Accounting and Finance, Bachelors/Masters of Commerce, any degree in the banking and finance vertical and similar streams etc.
  • Around 3-5 years of experience. Preferred candidates with relevant experience in transaction processing in trade and remittances in the banking industry. A good working knowledge of swift is mandatory.
  • Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in early shifts and must be a team player.
  • Good command over computer skills including MS-Office.
  • Good command over both spoken and written English.
