Mizuho Global Services Pvt Ltd (MGS) is a subsidiary company of Mizuho Bank, Ltd, which is one of the largest banks or so called 'Mega Banks' of Japan. MGS was established in the year 2020 as part of Mizuho's long-term strategy of creating a captive global processing centre for remotely handling banking and IT related operations of Mizuho Bank's domestic and overseas offices and Mizuho's group companies across the globe.

Position: Recruitment- HR
Location : Chennai
Role & Responsibilities:
o Recruit for open positions and perform the full life cycle of recruiting activities including sourcing and screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, drafting offer letters, providing follow-through with candidates, supporting hiring managers, and reporting recruiting statistics.
o Interview related coordination including Scheduling, managing interview timelines both with Management as well as Unit Heads and even Global stakeholders (if and when needed)
o Strong Communication Skills and the ability to understand roles properly in order to source the right fitments
o Evaluate and improve process levels within the managed recruitment processes
o Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective for MGS as assigned
o Experience working with portals such as LinkedIn/Naukri and relevant screening mechanisms around the same
o Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Required Skills:
o Excellent verbal & written communication and people skills
- Preferably Female
o Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
o Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
o Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
o Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
Qualification: MBA/HR or relevant qualifications
Experience: 2 years of Relevant Experience
