Improve and manage infrastructure to drive efficiency and scalability.Write and review code, develop documentation, capacity plans, and optimize service costs.Set up Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and engage with partner teams to develop, track, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).Implement monitoring for infrastructure and applications.Share an on-call rotation with partner teams and serve as an escalation contact for service incidents.Desired Profile:
