• Overall 5+yrs of experience as Site Reliability Engineer /Devops Engineer

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in software engineering, computer science, or in a related technical field

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform & CloudFormation)

• Has a focus in any of the following: networking, any cloud, automation (ansible, puppet, chef, jenkins, etc.), performance engineer, APM (Dynatrace, new relic, sumo logic)

• Has good working experience in Splunk

• Knowledge of gRPC or Protobuf is a plus.

• Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus

• Knowledge of ORM tools such as Dapper, nHibernate, Entity Framework or others is a plus

• Someone who worked as a developer and now works as a Cloud or DevOps Engineer

• Knowledge of Software AG WebMethods a big plus

• Experienced in logging tools such as Grafana/ Dynatrace/CloudWatch/Splunk

• Good experience in L1/L2 support role handling Critical Applications and Incident Management

• Willingness to engage in support and coding tasks.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective delivery
