Artificial Intelligence Engineer - ServiceNowWe are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Engineer with expertise in designing and implementing intelligent workflows and AI-powered features within the ServiceNow platform.Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and NLU, to enhance user experience and efficiency.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules like ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM with AI-driven enhancements to meet business needs.Integrate external AI platforms or Large Language Models (LLMs) into ServiceNow for advanced use cases, such as automation and process optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvements across the organization.A strong background in ServiceNow development combined with experience or understanding of AI/ML technologies such as predictive intelligence, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Natural Language Understanding (NLU).Ability to design and implement AI features in ServiceNow, leveraging Flow Designer and topic blocks.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how to utilize and customize ServiceNow AI features for end-users and developers, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organization.Key responsibilities include:Setting up and fine-tuning Now Assist and related LLM-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow ecosystem to deliver exceptional user experiences.Developing and maintaining Virtual Agent topics and decision trees using Flow Designer and topic blocks to drive automation and efficiency.Implementing and training predictive models using ServiceNow's Predictive Intelligence to inform business decisions.Creating, managing, and testing custom ML solutions within ServiceNow Studio or via APIs to drive innovation and improvement.We are looking for an expert who can leverage ServiceNow AI features to drive business success and excellence.
