Oracle FDI Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) Lead to design, develop, and implement advanced FDI solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong data modeling expertise and hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, specifically within ERP and HCM modules.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Oracle FDI solutions.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and integration requirements.Develop scalable data models, pipelines, and FDI artifacts to support enterprise reporting needs.Optimize data structures and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.Work closely with Oracle Fusion ERP & HCM teams to align FDI solutions with functional processes.Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to team members.Troubleshoot data and integration issues and implement corrective measures.Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or related Oracle analytics/data engineering roles.Strong hands-on experience in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and building enterprise data structures.Solid understanding and practical exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules.Experience in developing Oracle FDI dashboards, data flows, KPIs, and reports.Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, debugging, and performance optimization.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
