Key Responsibilities

Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)

  • Implement and manage FDI pipelines to extract/transform data from Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM.
  • Configure Fusion data entities, metadata, and reporting layers; maintain lineage & data contracts.
  • Own data quality, performance tuning, and security/compliance across FDI flows.

NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW)

  • Configure and maintain NSAW pipelines for NetSuite ERP ingestion and incremental loads.
  • Build data models, KPIs, dashboards for Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Inventory.
  • Integrate Salesforce, AS/400, custom ERPs, and flat-file/S3 sources into NSAW.

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)

  • Design interactive dashboards, KPIs, selfservice reports, and alerts.
  • Develop semantic models/subject areas; optimize RPD and query performance.
  • Enforce governance, role-based security, and self-service capabilities for business users.

General

  • Translate business requirements into logical/physical data models and curated marts.
  • Provide technical leadership in ETL/ELT, modeling (3NF/star/snowflake), and visualization best practices.
  • Support UAT, production releases, and hypercare; establish monitoring & runbooks.
  • Deliver enduser training, KT, and documentation (dictionaries, lineage, SOPs).

MustHave Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise analytics/BI with endtoend delivery.
  • Strong hands-on in FDI pipelines, NSAW configuration, and OAC modeling/reporting.
  • Proficiency with Oracle ADW, advanced SQL, and dimensional data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL tools: ODI, Informatica, or equivalent (ELT with ADW preferred).
  • Proven track record integrating multiple enterprise data sources into a unified analytics layer.
  • Familiarity with cloud data architecture, security, and governance best practices.
  • Excellent communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.
