Workday Adaptive Resource ExpertThe role of a Workday Adaptive Resource Expert involves administering and maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning models, designing and building complex financial models, and developing strategic workforce plans.System Administration & Configuration: Administer and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models, including version control, reporting hierarchies, and user access management. This includes ensuring data integrity and seamless integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and other source systems through monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution.Model Development: Design, build, and optimize complex financial models, planning templates, and forecasting tools for budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans, including headcount and cost planning, capacity optimization, and scenario modeling based on driver-based assumptions.Workforce Planning Expertise: Provide expert-level support in workforce planning, including identifying opportunities to automate and enhance FP&A and workforce planning processes, leveraging the latest Workday Adaptive features.Data Integration & Integrity: Ensure accurate and reliable data is available for decision-making purposes. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and align planning activities.Reporting & Analytics: Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and custom financial statements to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, as well as 8+ years of experience in system administration, model development, and workforce planning. Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning is required, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
