Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive for our International voice process. The role involves handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails, addressing inquiries, and providing efficient solutions. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months to 12 months of experience in an international voice process.
Role & Responsibilities:
Resolve billing issues using effective query-solving techniques while providing clear and concise information.
Address inquiries regarding billing, recurring charges, billing cycles, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, and service taxes.
Handle international inbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries effectively.
Actively listen to customer concerns, feedback, and needs, providing accurate and empathetic responses.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries.
Required Profile:
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a customer service or billing-related role.
Strong understanding of billing concepts such as recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, surcharges, auto-pay, and taxes.
Proven ability to resolve customer issues related to billing effectively.
Exceptional communication skills with clarity in articulation and thought process.
Ability to manage tough customer situations with composure and professionalism.
Strong multitasking abilities and independent decision-making skills.
Customer-centric approach with logical thinking and spontaneity.
Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment (5 days a week).
Package up to 4.9 LPA depending upon the experience and skills.
