Job Description
Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and implement Gen-AI applications and projects aligned to the business use cases and stories
2. Implement and showcase Proof-Of-Concept (POCs), showcase viability and impact of Gen-AI to the Product Development and Sales team.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions in AI.
4. Create scalable Gen-AI systems capable of processing vast amounts of data.
5. Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize the performance of the models.
6. Build tools for monitoring, observability and deploying Gen-AI applications
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Gen-AI and machine learning best practices and techniques.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of industry experience working with machine learning algorithms and Python programming.
3. Hands-on experience in building Gen-AI application, working with Gen-AI frameworks, LLM Models
4. Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn. Knowledge of libraries like Tensorflow, Pytorch and Keras is crucial.
5. Hands-on expertise in understanding of frameworks like Langchain, Hugging face and worked on any vector database.
6. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Familiarity of cloud platforms and AI services in Azure or Google.
