Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Gen AI Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This role requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI models. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications that solve complex business problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the evolution of AI systems for scalable and high-performance solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
*7+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong focus on Generative AI
*Proven experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.
*Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI applications
*Proficient in programming languages like Python, C++, Java with a strong understanding of AI algorithms
*Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for AI deployment
*Experience working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and model training pipelines
*Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
*Ability to work in a hybrid model (in-office 2 days per week)
