Generative AI Engineer RoleWe are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to join our team. This role will involve developing and deploying advanced generative and large language models (LLMs) for multimodal document and data processing.Responsibilities:Define the AI vision and technical direction; establish best practices for the Generative AI team.Shape and execute the AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases.Design, build, and deploy advanced generative and LLMs for multimodal document and data processing.Integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated solutions.Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines and model training workflows.Train, optimize, and deploy AI models using cloud microservices.Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to embed AI into real-world products and workflows.Guide and upskill team members on ML architecture and best practices.Stay current with the latest generative AI, deep learning, and multimodal model research.Required Skills:Bachelor's in CS/ML/AI or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on generative AI, LLMs, or computer vision.Expertise in large-scale Transformer-based models (GPT, VLMs).Experience working with multimodal datasets (text, images, 3D).Strong proficiency in Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, and pandas.Solid foundation in probability, statistics, and optimisation.Hands-on experience deploying ML models using cloud microservices.Strong software engineering background — OOP, testing, version control, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Benefits:Technical leadership opportunities.Collaborative work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
