Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled PLM Developer to design, implement, and maintain configurations, customizations, and enhancements for our enterprise cloud systems.The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive development expertise in PLM environments, with the technical capability to perform quality assurance testing as part of the development lifecycle.This role is critical to supporting our digital transformation initiatives and ensuring optimal system performance across our plants.Key Responsibilities:Create and enhance workflows, life cycles, and business rules to meet specific organizational requirementsDevelop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision makingImplement user interface improvements to enhance user experience and productivityOptimize queries and system performance through code refinementDevelop data migration scripts and utilities to support roll out to plantsBuild and maintain integrations between systems (ERP, CAD, MES, etc.)Quality Assurance:Design and execute comprehensive test plans for all developed solutions before deploymentValidate that all configurations and customizations developed by vendors meet performance, security, and scalability requirementsPerform unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing of code and configurationsTest system behavior under various load conditions to ensure production readinessVerify system compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating environmentsTechnical Leadership:Document technical specifications, development approaches, and system configurationsEstablish and enforce coding standards and best practicesConduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainabilityCreate knowledge base articles and technical documentation for support teamsCollaborate with business analysts to refine requirements and propose optimal technical solutionsContinuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for system optimization and performance enhancementLeverage new features and capabilities to deliver additional business valueMonitor system health and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
