Enterprise Oracle SpecialistJob Summary: As an Enterprise Oracle Specialist, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end architectures for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Main Responsibilities:Design scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.About the Role: You will collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals. Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution. Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.
