An individual in the Architecture job family is a strategic resource for UnitedHealth Group. This individual could be involved across many aspects of architecture, design, build, engineering and implementation of technical solutions and capabilities providing technical leadership. Responsible for communicating overall architecture vision, technical strategies, and trade-offs across various levels in the organization to gain buy-in. Will provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within the constraints of budget, resource and business dependencies. In base and mid-level roles, engages across teams in a capacity that ranges from assisting on in-flight initiatives, up to technical briefings and demonstrations of new technologies across the organization. In senior level roles, leads business solutions, capabilities, and is a strong influencer that engages with client executives and stakeholders. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Primary Responsibilities:

Design Solution or Architect for multiple AEM Content sitesAssist in Integration Services & Peak Season deliveriesMigrate other CMS applications from TeamSite, Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, and Vignette CMS to AEM technologyImplement knowledge of Adobe Analytics as well as some experience in Adobe Target for A/B TestingBuild AEM Infrastructure, Content Services for Mobile AppsHelp in hiring of Tech resources on AEM and other Adobe Stack technologies – Adobe Target/ Analytics / Journey Optimizer (AJO)Be able to provide lead Architect role, mentor team, understand business goals and objectives and provide design / systems recommendation to externded team on Adobe productsComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelors (preferably B. Tech in Computer Science)Total Experience of 12 years in IT industry with 10 years in Adobe products and 8+ in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Adobe Product and Platform: Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform (AEM)Experience with Java Microservices using Spring Boot, as well as familiarity with AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including DockerExperience in AEM Headless Architectures as well as exeperience in Integration with Search EnginesExperience in AEM Infrastructure and DeploymentsGood understanding of Adobe Exp. Platform (AEP) and preferably knows implementation path
