Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in the plumbing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the plumbing sector, including technicians, engineers, project managers, and support staff. The recruiter will also play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates for roles across the plumbing industry.
o Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
o Post job openings on relevant job sites and engage in proactive talent sourcing for niche roles in the plumbing industry.
2. Screening & Interviewing:
o Screen resumes and applications, shortlist candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
o Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
o Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the plumbing industry.
3. Job Offers & Onboarding:
o Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation and benefits where necessary.
o Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
4. Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and industry partners.
o Stay updated on trends and challenges in the plumbing industry to anticipate staffing needs.
5. Compliance & Record-Keeping:
o Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
6. Market Research:
o Stay informed on industry-specific skills, qualifications, certifications, and trends to enhance recruitment strategies.
o Network with professionals in the plumbing industry to increase visibility and attract top talent.
7. Candidate Experience:
o Provide a positive and professional candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 3yr + experience as an HR Recruiter, ideally with experience in the construction, trade, or plumbing industries.
o Familiarity with plumbing industry roles and job-specific requirements.
o Experience with recruitment software, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
o Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
o Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
o Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
o Ability to assess technical skills relevant to the plumbing industry
