Job Title: Senior Accountant
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the success of a leading Aerospace company. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of financial records and provide key insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record daily transactions in the ERP system (Tally proficiency required)
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Oversee month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Manage costing and inventory, ensuring accurate valuations and compliance
- Analyze manufacturing costs and collaborate with production teams on cost-efficiency improvements
- Implement and maintain internal controls for asset protection and regulatory compliance
- Assist in tax planning, preparation, and filings
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
