About the Role:We are seeking an Ayurvedic healthcare professional to provide virtual consultations to patients with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure patient well-being and satisfaction throughout their care journey.The successful candidate will proactively engage with customers via outbound calls to monitor treatment progress, address concerns, and offer support as needed.This role requires the ability to own and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the manager, which may include targets for call attempts made and completed consultation calls per day.The consultant will follow established communication guidelines and deliver a consistent, high-empathy experience that meets our service standards.Key responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, prescribing medications, developing personalized care plans, and providing follow-up care as necessary.The selected candidate will also counsel patients on preventive healthcare practices and collaborate with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals for a multidisciplinary approach to quality care.Precise documentation of patient diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-ups is essential for this role.In addition, the professional will escalate complex cases to specialists as required for further evaluation.Requirements :A Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution and valid medical registration/license are required.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and want to make a meaningful difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
