Job Overview:We are seeking a seasoned CSR professional to lead our strategic initiatives in corporate social responsibility.Key Responsibilities:Create and implement the CSR strategy, plan an annual calendar of employee volunteering activities, and manage end-to-end execution of all CSR-related projects.Identify, manage, and track CSR projects, ensuring effective and timely implementation aligned with the strategy.BUILD relationships with community partners and key external stakeholders – both internal and external.Qualifications and Requirements:8-10 years of experience with a related postgraduate degree (preferred)Experience in managing projects in an NGO or CSR teams in a corporate environmentAbility to work closely with people at all levels, from senior executives to government officials to community leadersKnowledge of CSR regulations and industry best practicesExcellent communication skills in English and local languages
